About the Role As a Tech Lead at Magic Beans you will play a pivotal role in guiding our team towards successful cloud adoption projects for our clients.
You will be a technical expert a mentor and a leader driving innovation and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Technical Expertise.
Provide indepth technical guidance and support to project teams on complex cloud challenges.
Serve as a technical point of contact for clients addressing their technical inquiries and concerns.
Conduct technical assessments and gap analyses to identify and recommend optimal cloud solutions.
Stay abreast of the latest cloud technologies industry trends and best practices.
Project Leadership.
Lead the technical design and implementation of cloud solutions ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
Mentor and guide junior team members fostering their technical growth and development.
Oversee the quality and timely delivery of project deliverables.
Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams (e.
.
project managers consultants engineers) to ensure project success.
Client Engagement.
Deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional technical expertise and communication.
Proactively identify and address potential client concerns and challenges.
Knowledge Sharing & Innovation.
Lead the creation and maintenance of internal knowledge repositories and best practices documentation.
Contribute to the development of innovative cloud solutions and methodologies.
Actively participate in industry events conferences and communities to stay informed and network.
Qualifications.
Proven experience as a Tech Lead Senior Engineer or Architect in a cloud computing environment (e.
.
AWS Azure GCP).
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.
Proven ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
Strong team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
A passion for cloud computing and a continuous drive for learning.
Language Skills Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
