We are seeking a dedicated and driven professional with experience in social media marketing, specifically focused on Facebook and Instagram, to join our growing team.
The primary responsibility of this role is to close potential leads and successfully onboard them as clients ON CALLS that are scheduled by one of our other Key team members.
If you have a passion for marketing, strong closing skills, and are experienced in the onboarding process, this position is for you.
Key Responsibilities.
Conduct scheduled calls with potential clients, close deals, and collect payment.
Onboard new clients by gathering necessary information, such as Facebook page and Ads Manager details.
In some cases, assist with adding our team to the client's Facebook Business Manager.
Collaborate with our team to ensure a smooth transition for each new client.
Ideal Candidate.
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing.
Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram platforms, particularly with ads and business management.
Closing Skills.
Proven track record of converting leads into paying clients.
Onboarding Capabilities.
Experience in seamlessly onboarding clients, including gathering required details and setting up accounts.
Industry Experience.
A solid background in the marketing industry with a focus on social media.
Communication.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.

Preferred Qualifications.
Experience in lead generation and client conversion.
Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager processes.
Compensation.
$ USD per closed client with a bonus for every 10 clients successfully closed.
