Descrizione del lavoro.
In qualità di broker di sdoganamento (Clearance broker), lavorerai a stretto contatto con la dogana per consentire lo sdoganamento e la consegna puntuali.
Garantirai il completamento di controlli e processi che si traducono in un'elaborazione tempestiva ed efficace delle transazioni e nella conformità legale e normativa.
In questa posizione, la comunicazione efficiente, cortese e professionale e l'assunzione di responsabilità di problemi/requisiti sono fondamentali per il ruolo.
Responsabilità chiave.
• Preparazione della documentazione di ingresso doganale basata sui documenti forniti con la spedizione.
• Verificare che tutta la documentazione doganale sia stata compilata correttamente.
• Contattare i clienti tramite e-mail e telefono per reperire informazioni mancanti o poco chiare necessarie per lo sdoganamento.
• Garantire la corretta identificazione e l'inserimento accurato delle informazioni sulla spedizione nei sistemi appropriati.
• Produrre e convalidare dati e documenti doganali per supportare il raggiungimento degli standard normativi e di conformità interni e per garantire lo sdoganamento tempestivo.
• Garantire la precisione all’interno di un ambiente che ricerca il raggiungimento di obiettivi in tempi brevi Il candidato ideale sarà.
• Fluente nella lingua inglese (B2 – C1) • Team-player con un atteggiamento propositivo.
• Focalizzato sul cliente con eccellenti capacità di comunicazione.
• Attento ai dettagli e capace di lavorare con scadenze ravvicinate.
• Orientato al compito con una buona gestione del tempo.
• In possesso di buone capacità analitiche e di problem solving.
• Capace di prendere decisioni indipendenti basate sull'esperienza.
• In possesso di buone competenze informatiche compreso Microsoft Office.
• Disposto a svilupparsi in un ambiente multinazionale/multiculturale.
