La direction territoriale des Alpes de Haute Provence gère différents services en diffus sur l’ensemble du département avec pour missions l’accompagnement médico-social, social et l’insertion professionnelle et l’Aide alimentaire.
Le cadre d’intervention se situe essentiellement à Digne les Bains et à Manosque auprès de nos équipes et des différents partenaires.
Nous recherchons pour nos services SAMSAH, SRS, SAS, CHRS et Epiceries sociales et solidaires, un Chef de service H/F.
Vos missions Vous conduisez et vous élaborez les projets de service en lien avec les principes généraux associatifs, et en étroite collaboration avec la Direction territoriale Vous organisez et animez les réunions d’équipe Vous encadrez et vous animez le travail des équipes (management, résolution de conflits) Vous mettez en application la réglementation en vigueur des établissements médico sociaux Vous élaborez les rapports d’activité des services Vos Atouts Vous avez une aptitude relationnelle, vous aimez communiquer aussi bien à l’écrit qu’à l’oral Vous êtes leadership et vous aimez travailler en équipe Vous êtes dynamique et organisé/e, vous avez le sens des responsabilités Pour postuler c’est ici.
