Uma empresa do Setor de Serviços a Empresas, procura Customer Service/Backoffice French Market (M/F), para trabalhar em Lisboa e para desempenhar as seguintes funções.
Funções.
- Contactar serviços de utilizadores que solicitem determinados serviços (até 48h); - Perceber as necessidades dos utilizadores; - Confirmar dados da empresa; - Passar contactos dos utilizadores aos fornecedores.
Requisitos.
- Experiência em funções similares; - Comunicativo; - Capacidade de comunicação e de argumentação; - Fluência verbal.
Horário.
Horário full-time de 40 horas semanais, de segunda-feira a sexta-feira, em regime de horário fixo, com as devidas pausas previstas por lei.
Qualificações.
- Escolaridade ao nível do 12º ano.
Línguas.
- Francês falado e escrito corretamente; - Inglês falado e escrito corretamente.
