Uma empresa do Setor de Seviços a Empresas, procura Customer Service (M/F) - French Market, para trabalhar em Lisboa e para desempenhar as seguintes funções.
Funções.
- Ajudar os clientes por telefone ou email com todas as suas questões relacionadas com as encomendas, assinaturas e faturas; - Prestar um serviço de alta qualidade para garantir uma experiência superior ao cliente; - Registar e acompanhar as encomendas e pedidos no sistema; - Acompanhar as questões dos clientes até à sua resolução completa e cumprir os compromissos assumidos dentro dos prazos acordados; - Interagir com os vários departamentos para assegurar o processamento dos pedidos dos clientes.
Requisitos.
- Experiência em funções similares; - Fortes capacidade de perseverança e resiliência; - Sentido de negócio, autonomia, proatividade, curiosidade; - Forte capacidade organizacional e de gestão de tempo.
Horário.
Horário full-time de 40 horas semanais de segunda-feira a sexta-feira em regime de horário rotativo das h às h com as devidas pausas previstas por lei.
Qualificações.
- Escolaridade ao nível do 12º ano.
Línguas.
- Inglês falado e escrito corretamente.
Francês falado e escrito corretamente.
