Uma empresa do Setor de Serviços a Empresas, procura Customer Service French Market (M/F), para trabalhar em Lisboa e para desempenhar as seguintes funções.
Funções.
- Contactar utilizadores que solicitam um determinado serviço (após 48 horas) ou retomar o contacto com anteriores utilizadores; - Perceber as reais necessidades dos utilizadores; - Confirmar dados da empresa; - Passar os contactos dos utilizadores aos fornecedores.
Requisitos.
- Experiência anterior em funções similares; - Boa capacidade de comunicação; - Mentalidade de resolução de problemas; - Proatividade e capacidade de decisão rápida; - Orientação para o cliente.
Horário.
Horário full-time de 40 horas semanais, de segunda-feira a sexta-feira, em regime de horário fixo, com as devidas pausas previstas por lei.
Qualificações.
- Escolaridade ao nível do 12º ano.
Línguas.
- Francês falado e escrito corretamente; - Inglês falado e escrito corretamente.
