Key Requirements.
- Expertise in CAD and SketchUp - Familiarity with free software options for CAD integration - Knowledge of creating Digital Twins in VR - Proficiency in 3D modeling within SketchUp - Experience working with DWG files - Knowledge of effective plugins for enhancing CAD-SketchUp workflow.
- Skills in automating the workflow from CAD to SketchUp and VR.
- Awareness of free licensing options for recommended software.
The primary purpose of this project is to effectively use CAD drawings within SketchUp to build a detailed and accurate digital representation of a physical object or system for VR.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAD, SketchUp, and VR modeling, and will be able to provide a comprehensive guide on free software options for this purpose.
The Digital Twin should have basic detail.
The final VR model should be compatible with creating a standalone VR application.
The integration and workflow should be optimized for Windows.
The Digital Twin should be highly detailed.
