Your new role.
This role is responsible and accountable for developing, maintaining, and executing the strategies in the areas of the Global Business Services.
The role will act as a Business Partner to the Global Business Services Owner and his/her leadership team and be responsible for stakeholder engagement, demand intake, and exploring opportunities for technology solutions that can unlock to drive operational efficiency, employee engagement, and revenue growth.
This role will be responsible for technology strategy development, developing and executing product roadmap, program execution, product/solutions implementation, solution life cycle management, and operational excellence.
He/She will drive the rationalization of the application for GBS globally.
The role will include the day-to-day leadership of a global team comprising internal staff and external partners and resources from cross-functional teams to manage the solution/product life cycle end-to-end – solution concept/strategy to product sunset.
This role is accountable for end-to-end product delivery from strategy, business case approval through project/program management and development till adoption in the markets, value realization & tracking, and product support.
What you will need to succeed.
10+ years of experience in IT Product & Service Development - strong product management, project management, and technology delivery leadership experience; 5+ years of driving transformational organizational and technology change within IT solution/product delivery functions; 5+ years of strong experience in strategy development and execution of technology roadmap, technology project/solution delivery management and product life cycle management in the areas of ERP functions with strong emphasis on P2P, O2C, RTR, and MM on a global scale in multinational organizations; Strong delivery expertise (project and product) using SAP ECC6, S4/Hana is a must; Strong talent management and talent development experience; Experience in leading teams using appropriate delivery methodologies and tools such as Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, DevSecOps etc.
