BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST FOR FILM/VIDEO PRODUCTION COMPANY

Responsibilities.
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the film, video production, and digital media space.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, agencies, and industry partners.
Create and implement business strategies for market penetration and client acquisition.
Lead negotiations, contracts, and follow-up processes with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to align business goals with project execution.
Help position Paavi Films as a trusted production partner across key industry sectors (corporate, entertainment, advertising, etc.).
Key Goals.
Client Acquisition.
Secure at least 5 new clients in the first three months.
Revenue Growth.
Achieve defined monthly revenue targets.
Portfolio Development.
Assist in building a portfolio by bringing in diverse and impactful projects.
Brand Positioning.
Strengthen Paavi Films’ presence and visibility in the market.
Qualifications.
Proven experience in business development, particularly in the film, video production, or creative industries.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Sales expertise with a track record of closing deals and meeting revenue targets.
Ability to strategize and implement business growth plans.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A good understanding of the film and digital media landscape.
Preferred Experience.
Experience working with film production houses, ad agencies, or media companies.
Existing network in the entertainment, advertising, or corporate sectors is a plus.
