Responsabilidades.
- Elaboração de propostas e orçamentos em coordenação com o responsável do departamento; - Acompanhamento dos contratos e objetivos de faturação; - Gestão e manutenção dos registos e bases de dados informáticas do processo de vendas e de gestão comercial; - Apresentação de reports de atividade.
- Resposta a pedidos de clientes e preparação de propostas; - Gestão CRM; - Gestão do Site; Redes sociais; - Publicidade e promoção (preparação de material de comunicação, feiras) Perfil.
- Licenciatura/Mestrado em Ciências Farmacêuticas, Vendas, Marketing ou similar; - Experiência no mínimo 2 anos, em marketing e vendas na Indústria Farmacêutica e/ou Consultoria Científica; - Experiência em funções comerciais; - Bons conhecimentos de Inglês; - Bons conhecimentos de Excel; - Conhecimentos de ERP Primavera (preferencial); - Foco e orientação para os objetivos; - Pensamento crítico ao planear para assegurar o sucesso dos projetos; - Excelente capacidade de comunicação e negociação.
