Business Analyst for HCM (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisbon) What do you need to have.
Hard Skills.
• Knowledge on HRIS (Oracle HCM, Success Factor/SAP, Workday, Cornerstone and any Best of Breed solutions.
iCIMS, BEQOM...) • Knowledge on processes (see scope and priority bellow) • Knowledge on solution project and running cost activities • We need candidates that would like to learn (quickly) • Loving challenges • Adaptable moving from project mode to run mode • Proficient level of English • French is nice to have Soft skills • Good communication • Team spirit • Proactivity • Time management What we can offer.
