What you'll do Educating and coaching Sales Reps and Account Managers with expertise on how to position Ads against Radio Ads / TV Ads and Ads as part of the marketing mix / digital Ads; Go into client meetings together with Sales Reps and Account Managers as an expert and convince thorough expertise about brand marketing; Identify segment expectations, behaviors and attitudes to develop initiatives that ensure that the customer’s experience delivers on the client’s brand; Identify strategies, develop plans, and lead initiatives that meet the needs of the market segment; Support AGENCIES in their approach to brand clients and be an enabler for agencies to sell our client’s inventory; Joins Agency pitches and presentations as a SME / Expert; Contribute to making our client a priority for marketing budget decision makers.
What you'll need Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in Spanish; Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English &#; B2 Level; 2-3 years of working experience in an international marketing agency with focus on brand awareness / brand marketing campaigns; Led / built brand marketing campaigns for large clients; Know how a marketing / digital agency works, buys and sells; knowledge about TV, Radio or Digital Audio Advertising; Have proven negotiating skills, influencing abilities and relationship management experience; Can explain complex stuff in simple sentences that anyone can understand and enjoy servicing clients with knowledge, expertise and a spark.
