This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities crucial for our board's operations and communications.
Key Responsibilities.
- Meeting minutes and documentation.
You'll be tasked with accurately recording our meetings and ensuring thorough documentation.
- Correspondence and communication.
You'll handle communication on behalf of the board, necessitating a degree of discretion and professionalism.
- Record-keeping and data management.
Keeping our records organized and up-to-date will be essential.
Ideal Skills and Experience.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but an intermediate level of experience will be considered.
- Strong written communication skills are a must, as you'll be responsible for most of our written correspondence.
- Experience in a non-profit or religious organisation would be beneficial, but not mandatory.
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
A professional demeanor and a commitment to our church's mission will be key to your success in this role.
