Procuramos um(a) BI Support Analyst com conhecimentos de SQL e Power BI para um projeto híbrido em Vila Nova de Gaia - Porto.
O que esperamos de ti? - Suporte Técnico.
fornecer assistência técnica aos utilizadores, ajudando-os a resolver problemas e dúvidas relacionadas ao uso das ferramentas de analytics e BI; - Suporte a processos diários.
rever os processos e respetivas falhas, resolver, e contribuir para a melhoria dos processos de integração; - Detetar problemas e encontrar soluções eficientes; - Interagir com clientes e utilizadores, entendendo e atendendo às suas necessidades.
O que é valorizado? - Proficiência em sistemas de analytics e BI, bem como em bancos de dados e ferramentas de TI relacionadas; - Formação académica em Engenharia Informática ou similar; - Conhecimentos sólidos sobre SQL Server, Power BI, Cognos e Data Warehouse; - Capacidade Analítica; - Trabalho em equipa.
