Language.
Portuguese (European) + English (B2) Responsabilities.
Providing customer assistance via incoming calls, live chat, email, and social media channels.
Offering prompt and effective solutions to questions regarding account setup and verification, sign-in problems, financial matters, as well as general guidance on navigating the platform and resolving any technical issues.
Serve as a knowledgeable consultant for customers in the sports industry.
Respond quickly and efficiently to customer issues, inquiries, complaints, and comments via multiple channels.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Provide exceptional service, ensuring customers are satisfied with the solutions provided while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Offer feedback and recommendations to optimize internal processes.
Profile.
Interest in sports Are tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely Previous experience in a customer service centre is an advantage, but not mandatory Availability to work on rotational shifts Conditions.
Base salary (gross).
870€ x 14 Complexity bonus (gross).
80€ x 11 Meal allowance.
7,23€ per workday (paid in meal card) Health insurance 40h/week (full time) - 100% on site - Monday to Sunday – 24/7 - Rotative shifts including night shifts Contract.
6 months with the possibility of renewal
