he Pastry Cook 1 is responsible for assisting in the preparation, baking, and presentation of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
This role involves working closely with the Pastry Chef and other kitchen staff to create high-quality and visually appealing pastry items for the hotels dining outlets.
The Pastry Cook 1 ensures that all pastries are prepared according to the hotels standards and specifications.

astry Preparation and Baking.
repare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods following established recipes and techniques.
ssist in the creation and development of new pastry recipes and menu items.
nsure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all pastry items.
ngredient and Equipment Management.
easure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to recipe specifications.
aintain inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies, ensuring proper storage and rotation.
perate and maintain baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and pastry tools.
uality Control.
onitor baking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality of products.
onduct regular quality checks to ensure that pastries meet the hotels standards and specifications.
leanliness and Organization.
aintain a clean and organized work area, including proper sanitation of utensils and equipment.
ollow health and safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
ollaboration and Communication.
ork closely with the Pastry Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
ommunicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and address any issues.

ssist in creating and presenting desserts and pastries that meet guest expectations and enhance their dining experience.
