A reportar à Concierge&Subscription Team Leader, irás ter como principal objetivo dar resposta às solicitações/reclamações dos nossos clientes subscribers através do teu know-how e expertise funcional, bem como proactivamente contactar os mesmos consolidando a sua relação com a marca.
Em simultâneo, antecipar e perceber as expectativas dos clientes através de outbounds é também uma das prioridades desta equipa.

Os candidatos deverão ter.
• 1 a 2 anos de experiência em vendas (mandatório) • 1 a 2 anos de experiência em Customer Facing (mandatório) • Domínio Microsoft Office, na ótica do utilizador (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel...) • Bom nível de Inglês (preferencial) • Boa capacidade relacional e de comunicação • Agilidade a trabalhar com várias plataformas em simultâneo - Multitasking • Disponibilidade para trabalhar a partir de Linda-a-Velha - Presencial
