Position.
Cloud Architect (Azure) Location.
Portugal (Portuguese residency required) Work Model.
Remote DAYTODAY DUTIES.
As a Senior Cloud Solutions Architect at Top Sigma you will.
Design deploy and manage cloud services within the Microsoft Azure platform.
Ensure cloud infrastructure and applications are optimized for performance scalability and security.
Leverage Azures suite of tools and services to transform operations and drive innovation within the cloud ecosystem.
Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle from proof of concept to production.
Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in cloud architecture and system design.
Develop and maintain architecture documentation including diagrams and guidelines.
Understand solution architecture principles design patterns and best practices to deliver robust solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Stay uptodate with the latest Azure technologies and cloud best practices.
REQUIREMENTS.
Over 8 years of experience in cloud solutions architecture focusing on Microsoft Azure.
Proven experience in solution architecture or similar roles in complex environments.
Strong background in software development and infrastructure design.
Indepth knowledge of Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
Experience with architecture frameworks design patterns and methodologies.
Handson experience with Kubernetes and cloud security best practices.
Excellent communication skills able to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Stakeholder management experience.
Fluent in English.
Willingness to travel to the UK (monthly touchpoints).
