Position Description.
The best version of us starts with You! CGI is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic AWS/Python Engineer to serve as a key member of our production support team.

Your future duties and responsibilities.
AWS Python Engineer will be responsible for the development and production support of applications using Agile methodologies and Cloud platforms.
Work in an onshore-offshore model, with 5-7 onshore/offshore developers.
Follow Agile and engineering best practices and take pride in it.
Agile Ceremonies – Participate and Contribute.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
Minimum at least 7+ years of relevant experience in working.
Full Stack Engineering - Designing, developing, deploying, testing and prod support.
Demonstrated experience in Python, AWS, PL/SQL.
Good experience delivering APIs, RESTful, Microservices.
Hands on experience with AWS services such as Glue, EMR, Lambda, Step Functions, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, SNS, SQS, S3, VPC, EC2.
Database Experience with Oracle/SQL.
Experience with CICD tools such as.
GIT, Jenkins, SonarQube, Veracode/Checkmarx.
Nice to Have.
Experience with Java frameworks like Spring, spring boot, Hibernate, Maven.
Education.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
