Build a Zapier Workflow for Gmail, Dropbox, and ChatGPT Integration --- Project Description.
We are looking for an experienced developer to create a Zapier automation workflow that integrates Gmail, Dropbox, and OpenAI (ChatGPT).
The goal is to automate the organization of email attachments by analyzing them, categorizing them (e.
., payment certificates, invoices, receipts), and storing them in appropriate client-specific Dropbox folders.
--- Scope of the Project.

Gmail Integration.
Monitor incoming emails in a specified Gmail account.
Trigger the workflow only for emails with attachments.
Extract relevant information from the email, such as sender domain and attachment names.

ChatGPT Integration.
Use ChatGPT to analyze the email subject, body, and attachment names to determine the type of document.
Categories to identify include.
Payment Certificates Invoices Receipts Other 3.
Dropbox Integration.
Automatically create a new Dropbox folder for each client based on the sender's domain name (e.

If the folder already exists, skip folder creation.
Within each client folder, organize attachments into subfolders based on the type of document.

Automation Workflow.
Set up the Zapier workflow to seamlessly connect Gmail, ChatGPT, and Dropbox.
Ensure all attachments are correctly saved in their respective folders and subfolders.
