As an Associate Product Specialist, you will have the chance to learn how to develop business cases for new product opportunities, develop scalable customer-centric products, and see those projects through to go-to-market.

As an Associate Product Management, you may.
• Partner cooperatively in a team environment to support evolution of a wide array of programs across Mastercard business.
• Assist in analysing and interpreting user data, consider context and bias in data, and makes a point to highlight data issues / inconsistencies.  • Seeks to learn drivers of product stakeholder priorities/preferences and how to bring new insights to own team.
• Perform project management duties, creating and documenting processes, developing timelines, and beyond.
• Communicate across key stakeholders to implement action plans to support the business.
• Perform desktop research to identify regional or global trends and develop key performance metrics and reporting.
• Assist with ad hoc requests, participate in special projects as required, and provide cross-functional support as needed.

• Undergraduate or master’s degree with an expected graduation date between Dec -August • Project management skills, highly organized with strong attention to detail • Expert PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access; programming and coding ability a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills   • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.  • High-energy, can-do attitude, very strong sense of ownership and desire to succeed with commensurate analytical, technical, and strategic skills.
