We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setting Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The primary responsibility of this role is to reach out to potential clients, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for our sales team.
If you enjoy connecting with people and have a knack for organization, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain a detailed database of client interactions and appointments.
Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure engagement.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize appointment-setting strategies.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment targets.
Requirements.
Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Comfortable working in a remote environment.
Ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
