* Degree in Computer Science, Management Informatics or equivalent; * Previous experience of 3 years in application support functions, analysis and resolution of incidents using.
ET or Java; * Previous contact with maintenance and optimization of application support tools (Biztalk, IIS, Apache Tomcat, Documentum - OpenText, Glassfish, Ansible or Elasticsearch); * Knowledge of SQL Server database; * Knowledge of PowerShell or ShellScript; * Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux/Unix operating systems would be an advantage; * Autonomy and proactivity; * Client oriented; * Good English level.
