This position requires dedication, persistence, follow-up, effective time management, and unbeatable customer service with exceptional communication skills.
Requirements.
* Troubleshooting skills and the ability to apply those skills to assist troubleshooting of a wide range of information systems and applications; * Knowledge with Support / Corrective maintenance; * Daily ticket analysis and resolution, root cause analysis and problem creation; * Technical experience in support in Java APIs (Plus); * Technical experience in support in Angular, Java, SqlServer, Html, Javascript, CSS (Plus); * SQL Knowledge; * Hybrid work (2x week in the office/Lisbon).
