Suporte funcional e técnico (batchs, interfaces, entre outros); Acompanhamento do roadmap e dos seus objetivos, de acordo com os Níveis de Serviço; Report de riscos ou problemas a equipas de gestão; Desenvolvimento e manutenção da knowledge base.
Perfil.
Formação Superior na área das Tecnologias de Informação; Experiência profissional superior a 4 anos em funções similares, de Suporte Aplicacional; Experiência profissional comprovada em sistemas Linux ou Unix, assim como em SQL e PL/SQL; Bons conhecimentos de ITIL; Conhecimento funcional de obrigações, ações, produtos estruturados, relativos ao setor da Banca; É valorizada experiência no setor da Banca; Fluência em Inglês (obrigatório); Forte espírito crítico e com uma abordagem de resolução de problemas; Boa capacidade analítica e de atenção ao detalhe; Capacidade de comunicação oral e escrita.
