Key Tasks.
- Customer Support.
The AI should be capable of providing efficient and courteous customer service.
- Sales Calls.
The AI should handle lead qualification, providing product explanations, and managing follow-up reminders.
- Appointment Scheduling.
The AI should manage and schedule appointments as needed.
Sales Call Features.
- Lead Qualification.
The AI should be able to assess the potential of leads.
- Product Explanation.
The AI should be capable of explaining our products to potential customers.
- Follow-Up Management.
The AI should handle reminders for follow-ups, as well as managing communications via emails and WhatsApp.
- CRM Integration.
The AI should seamlessly integrate with our CRM system.
Web based features.
- create an embed form allowing fast addition of AI agent to a website.
- custom avatar creation for the website.
Agent training using URL links,.
df files, Word documents etc....
Human reinforced training to validate more complex questions.
The ideal candidate for this project should have extensive experience with AI development, specifically with Llama 3, and Twilio.
Proficiency in CRM integration and developing complex sales explanations for AI is highly desired.
Your ability to create a comprehensive AI call agent will greatly enhance our operational efficiency.
You must provide 12 months ongoing support following completion of this project.
