IT Consultant (Agile Coach) Project.
Agile Transformation and Coaching Context.
The project involves supporting agile teams in a transport and logistics setting, focusing on the implementation and optimization of agile methodologies.
Services Required.
Technical support for the product team in agile methods.
Coaching stakeholders in agile practices and change management.
Advising teams on project planning and scheduling.
Reporting on team performance metrics and compliance with project goals.
Conducting training sessions, workshops, and events on agile principles.
Evaluating and optimizing existing scaling frameworks.
Project Details.
Location.
Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
Service Provision.
On-site service from Germany, with any offshoring needing prior approval.
Technical Requirements.
Experience.
Minimum of 6 years in the transport and logistics industry.
At least 5 project assignments related to agile coaching.
Skills.
Certification as a Product Owner (PSPO I) and as a Scrum Master (PSM I).
Certification as IPMA GPM Senior Project Manager (Level B).
Proven experience in coaching teams on agile methodologies.
Ability to understand and optimize complex business processes.
Experience with data lake and business intelligence applications.
Practical experience with agile methods like SAFe.
