- Maîtrise attendue de la langue française (anglais est un plus) - Disponibilité.
7h-21h du lundi au samedi (horaires rotatifs) - Bonnes compétences en informatique; - Diplôme du BAC (préférentiel); - Expérience en gestion de la relation client (préférentiel) - Excellente capacité de communication; - Capacité d´écoute active, empathie et diplomatie; - Bonne capacité de gestion de temps; - Esprit d´équipe et flexibilité Avantages.

Mission.
En tant que représentant de la marque pour les entreprises du secteur des biens de consommation, vous serez amené à aider les clients qui achètent des produits en ligne et faire progresser la notoriété de la marque après un achat en magasin, ce qui fera revenir les clients - Support après-vente aux clients particuliers; - Répondre aux demandes clients par emails, téléphone et réseaux sociaux; - Conseiller les clients par rapports à la gamme des produits existant; - Résoudre des situations diverses liées aux commandes sur internet, à la carte fidélité, aux prix, aux paiements des produits, aux remboursements…; - Gérer les attentes et les réclamations de façon positive et diplomate;Représentant du service client français + anglais, travail à domicile au Portugal
