Full Time Job Location.
Lisbon Work scheduled.
40h/week between 06 am to 12 am from Monday to SundayAs an Advertisers Support, you will support SMBs advertisers, helping them to grow in an innovative and fast paced environment.
Advertisers and agencies contact our client to request post sales assistance and/or troubleshooting guidance using this service.
Thus, your main purpose is to improve the advertising experience and satisfaction by resolving technical issues, reporting bugs, guiding the users on the platform and helping them to use its tools and features.

Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across multiple channels – chat (live channel), email and phone (both in Spanish and English); Provide pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products; Provide product and tool support to improve clients’ experience.
Profile.
Spanish speaker (C1) and English Speaker (C1); Preferably with experience in customer service and social media/marketing; Availability to work on-site in Lisbon with rotative shifts.
