This study abroad agency operates in many areas, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Nanjing, and aims to help students match schools with a high application success rate based on their background information and grades.
The global demand for higher education has seen significant growth.
According to UNESCO, the number of international students worldwide increased from 2.

Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of international students continued to grow, albeit at a slower rate, from 6.

As the international education market continues to expand, Victory must enhance its operational efficiency to remain competitive.
In order to solve the current problems of inefficiency, confusing information management and inconsistent application success rates, we propose to implement an advanced information management system.
The system will integrate customer information, historical application data, and school matching algorithms to improve overall productivity, reduce human error, improve customer satisfaction, and support the company's long-term growth through a data-driven approach.
The system includes the following ten key functions.

Customer information management system The core function of the system is to centrally store and categorize all customer details, including personal information, academic background, application country and target school.
With automatic update and query functions, consultants can quickly obtain and manage customer data to improve service efficiency.
In addition, the system provides data security, ensuring that customer privacy is strictly protected.

School matching and recommendation system The system will use intelligent algorithms to recommend suitable schools and majors based on background information such as academic performance and language ability.
Historical application data will be used to optimize the recommendation process and ensure that the recommended school is a good match.
This process not only speeds up school screening, it also improves application success and helps advisors better personalize their advice to clients.

Application progress tracking The system will provide clear progress tracking for each client's application process.
From material preparation and application submission to final results, clients and consultants can see progress in real time.
The system will issue reminders at key points to ensure that nothing is missed in the application process.
At the same time, the historical progress can be used for later analysis to further optimize the application process.

Document management and editing system The document management system will allow consultants and clients to collaborate to generate, edit, and store application materials (such as personal statements, letters of recommendation, etc.).
