Are you an engaging and charismatic actor or voiceover talent with a passion for bringing characters to life? Oroshiuri is seeking a dynamic individual to become the face of Home Futures as the “Home Futures Guy” (or a character you create!).
In this role, you will deliver engaging weekly video content that showcases the future of real estate investment, helping our brand grow its membership base on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
As the Home Futures Guy, you’ll represent the exciting future of real estate with authenticity and energy.
This character will inform, entertain, and inspire people to join our community of investors, presenting our vision in a relatable and confident manner.
You’ll create short reels and videos each week, speaking directly to the camera and reading from provided scripts.
Our editing team will take care of the post-production—your job is to embody the spirit of Home Futures! You’ll be paid on an hourly basis, and for each new member who signs up using your affiliate code, you’ll receive an additional bonus.

Key Responsibilities.
Character Creation.
Bring the “Home Futures Guy” or similar character to life as the friendly, knowledgeable face of Home Futures.
Weekly Content.
Record short video reels or voiceovers weekly (as provided by our scripts) to be posted on Meta platforms, YouTube, and TikTok.
Engaging Delivery.
Deliver real estate and financial content in a clear, relatable, and energetic way that attracts and retains viewers.
Affiliate Program.
Promote your unique affiliate code and receive a bonus for each new member who joins via your code.
Collaboration.
Work closely with our marketing and editing teams, submitting recorded content weekly for publication.
Consistency.
Maintain a regular schedule of video submissions to ensure consistent engagement with the growing Home Futures community.
Requirements.
Acting/Voiceover Experience.
Prior experience in front of the camera or as a voiceover artist is essential.
Real estate or financial knowledge is a plus but not required.
On-Camera Presence.
Must be confident, energetic, and able to connect with an online audience through video.
Communication Skills.
Excellent verbal communication and ability to deliver scripts naturally and convincingly.
Content Creation.
Comfortable recording video content from home using a high-quality camera or smartphone.
Tech-Savvy.
Ability to upload and submit videos in a timely manner through various platforms or cloud services.
Adaptability.
Open to feedback and able to make adjustments to character or tone as the brand evolves.
Affiliate Enthusiasm.
Willingness to promote your personal affiliate code to grow membership and earn performance-based bonuses.
