Active Sourcing.
Identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates through social networks (e.
., LinkedIn) and other channels to meet hiring demands; Talent Pipeline Management.
Build and nurture a robust pipeline of candidates for both current and future roles, ensuring readiness for strategic hires.
Candidate Engagement.
Communicate effectively with candidates to foster interest, manage expectations, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience; Collaboration with Hiring Teams.
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and refine sourcing strategies; Process Improvement.
Continuously optimize sourcing and processes.
Qualifications What distinguishes you.
Education.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; Experience.
2 or 3 years experience with Active Sourcing; Knowledge.
Proficiency in using online platforms and tools to research potential candidates; Languages.
English.
C1+ (mandatory) / German.
Native level; Personality.
Ability to analyze data to identify trends and optimize sourcing strategies and to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
