We are seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Developer to help us create a function that integrates our Zoho CRM with Zoho Analytics.
The goal is to check if an email from a lead exists in a specific Zoho Analytics table and, if it does, convert that lead into a deal under the stage "Registered." Requirements.
Proficient in Deluge scripting within Zoho CRM.
Experience with Zoho Analytics API for data retrieval.
Familiarity with Zoho CRM modules (especially Leads and Deals).
Ability to handle OAuth 2.
authentication to obtain access tokens.
Project Details.
Functionality.
Fetch data from the zoho_users_view table in the bahr-db2 workspace of Zoho Analytics.
Check if the email from a lead in Zoho CRM exists in the fetched data.
If the email exists, convert the lead to a deal with the stage set to "Registered".
API Requirements.
Use the Zoho Analytics API to retrieve the user data.
Handle responses and errors appropriately.
Deliverables.
A Deluge script that accomplishes the above functionality.
Documentation explaining how to deploy and test the script in Zoho CRM.
Guidance on obtaining and refreshing the access token using OAuth 2.
