I'm on the hunt for a YouTube Producer based in or near Valle de Bravo, Mexico to collaborate with me regularly on recording our videos.
This role is crucial in managing our video shoots and ensuring the footage we create succeeds on YouTube, thereby inspiring and educating hundreds of thousands of people.
It will involve regular (1-2 times per month) video shoots on site in Valle de Bravo, where I live with my family.
I’d like to pay between $ USD, or $ MXN (depending on experience), for a full day of shooting during which we record several videos.
The most important qualities for this role are utter reliability, proactive communication, and a passion for education, videomaking, and/or our niche of personal productivity.
Ideally, you should have a deep understanding of content creation for YouTube, including audience engagement, visual storytelling, and the latest trends on the platform.
You must have excellent written and spoken English as our team is widely distributed and uses English as a common language.
You should have a strong, varied background in all aspects of video production, from camerawork to composition to lighting to audio, and be able to run the shoot by yourself (experience in post-production is a bonus, although we’ll be relying on our editors based in Berlin).
