WORKDAY SENIOR INTEGRATION SPECIALIST (M/F/D)

At QiBit, we are looking to hire a highly skilled and experienced  Workday Senior Integration Specialist to join our client's HR Technology team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday HCM and other Workday modules, strong technical skills in integration, reporting, and configuration, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
As a Workday Integration Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement enhancements and integrations within the Workday platform to meet the evolving needs of our client's organization.
Responsibilities Develop & Configure.
Lead development and configuration efforts across Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and others as required.
Integration Development.
Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and Web Services.
Building and Maintaining Integrations for Payroll, Time & Attendance, Finance & IT Systems Custom Reporting & Dashboards.
Create custom reports and dashboards to support business insights, using Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Workday Prism Analytics.
System Enhancements & Optimization.
Analyze current configurations and integrations to identify opportunities for enhancements, optimizations, and automation.
Technical Documentation.
Maintain and create detailed documentation for system processes, customizations, and integrations.
Testing & Troubleshooting.
Conduct unit and integration testing, troubleshoot system issues, and provide solutions for timely resolutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration.
Partner with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business needs.
Mentoring & Training.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and HRIS team members, promoting knowledge sharing and team growth.
Compliance & Security.
Ensure all developments adhere to Company Policies, regulatory, compliance, and security standards.
Qualifications Education.
Bachelorus degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
Experience.
3-5+ years of experience in Workday development, configuration, and integration.
Technical Skills.
Expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, Web Services, Workday Extend and Report Writing.
Proficient in building and maintaining Workday Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and advanced reporting techniques.
Familiarity with Workday Extend, Security, Business Process Framework, and Configuration.
Experience with data migration, data transformation, and error troubleshooting within the Workday ecosystem.
Soft Skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Certifications.
Workday Certifications (preferred but not required) in areas such as Workday Integration, HCM, or Payroll.
