Provide exceptional customer support to Germanspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding products and services.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering accurate information and solutions.
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and service quality.
Accurately doent customer interactions and update internal systems.
Requirements.
Native proficiency in German.
B2 level English (both written and spoken).
Strong communication and problemsolving ss.
A customercentric mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Willingness to work rotational shifts.
Experience in customer support is a plus but not requiredfull training will be provided.
