I receive messages in both Arabic and English, where potential clients are asked to send their license, number of trainees, and preferred language.
Key Requirements.
- Register contact numbers with their respective companies in Arabic, extracted from the license.
- Create a comprehensive database in Microsoft Excel for all chats, including request details, timestamp of requests, and the company name in Arabic..
And then when trainibg date is scheduled i need to send regular reminder before the training date, and when training begins i will have then participant id no more than 15 each session, i need to make data base of them, name, dob,nationality,sex Ideal Skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Experience with Automated Text Recognition (OCR) systems - Understanding of Arabic language (preferred but not necessary) - Excellent data management skills The selected freelancer will play a crucial role in streamlining my training requests and improving my response efficiency.
