Allow users to submit their own promo codes to the website.
- **Moderator-First Promo Codes**.
Promo codes submitted by moderators should always be prioritized at the top of the listings.

Display the following information for each promo code.
- The date and time it was last used.
- The total number of times it has been used.
- The most recent date it worked successfully.
- **SEO-Optimized Content**.
Include keywords such as "coupon," "deal," and "promo code" throughout the website to enhance search engine rankings.
