Keeping my inbox tidy and prioritizing important messages.
- Responding to emails.
Handling general correspondence in a professional manner.
- Drafting emails.
Composing replies and new messages as per my instructions.
Schedule Management.
- Booking appointments.
Coordinating meetings and ensuring my calendar is up-to-date.
- Setting reminders.
Keeping me on track with timely notifications for upcoming tasks and events.
- Organizing daily tasks.
Helping to structure my day for maximum productivity.
Skills and experience.
- Proficiency with Gmail is crucial.
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
