Most tasks involve simple clicks and do not require complex decision-making.
Your main responsibilities will include.
- Responding to tickets.
Primarily sending codes for exams and activating subsequent courses once an exam is completed.
Ideal candidates will be comfortable using a custom internal portal, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to handle straightforward tasks with minimal supervision.
Experience as a virtual assistant or in customer support is a plus.
