We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team, specializing in Zapier and Zoho automations, along with setting up and optimizing social media accounts for our company.

Responsibilities.
• Design, implement, and manage workflows in Zapier and Zoho to enhance business efficiency and productivity.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve company processes.
• Set up and optimize company social media profiles (e.
., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) with a professional brand image and consistent messaging.
• Develop basic social media posting schedules and provide initial setup support for content calendars.
• Maintain accurate records of workflows, social media metrics, and other relevant data for reporting purposes.
Qualifications.
• Demonstrated expertise in Zapier and Zoho platforms with a portfolio or examples of previous automation projects.
• Experience in setting up and managing business social media accounts with a focus on brand consistency and professional presentation.
