Presentation of the entity Air Liquide is the world leader in gasses for industry, health and the environment, and is present in over 80 countries with employees.
Speciality Gases Europe (SGE) organization is deploying mandate and governance on 9 European SG sites in Europe serving the largest and most advanced industrial and speciality gas markets world wide.
SGE central team is working closely with affiliate sales, site operations, and cluster marketing unit teams of the Research & Analysis market unit, as well as various units of the Air Liquide Group.
Presentation of the team and business activities You will be part of the SGE central team, reporting to the SGE Product offer Director.
In your mission you belong to the key contributors in the sales and feasibility team that has the goal to transfer and improve the existing sales process used in ALPES and other local systems to SAP S/4hana.
You are also supporting the daily management of SGE as you take the PMO role for the on sales of demand specialty gases.
Poste et missions.
Automation of these processes are key for the Quotation Lead Time resulting in increased Customer Experience and sales growth.
Mixtures that fit within the standard boundaries of the plant will be automatically validated by SAP S/4hana meaning a feasibility check, lead time and price/cost will be added to the request in order for sales to quote the mixture.
The above structure will need to work for local as well on European level.
Role and responsibilities PMO R2O SGE are.
Improve SG Quotation lead time to best in class in the market.
improve existing process and tools Build the new EU SG referential in cooperation with SG experts PMO role SG ALIGN.
Resource Planning, Scheduling & Coordination Documentation of processes & required training/ deployment materials Backfill; facilitating the communication documents internally in SGE team as well all EU stakeholders..
