Description: German Content Moderator - Junior Role Project: Popular Streaming Service Platform Review online videos within a streaming service platform. This role involves the removal of inappropriate content to ensure a safe experience for users and the community. You will be the first person to see top content and make sure our community is getting the right content. Key Responsibilities: Review and evaluate user flagging reports regarding website content.Stay informed about client policies and guidelines.Identify and flag content that does not comply with guidelines in a timely manner.Ensure content review meets agreed turnaround times and quality standards.Recognize trends and patterns, escalating issues that fall outside established policies.Utilize market-specific knowledge to improve user community support.Review sensitive content, including graphic or disturbing material. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Review online videos within the streaming service.Remove inappropriate content.Handle sensitive content such as hate speech, harassment, violence, and nudity.Ensure a safe experience for users of the application and community. Transportation:We offer a free shuttle service with the following routes:Shuttles depart one hour before the shift start time (e.g., for an 08:00 shift, the shuttle departs at 07:00). Work Hours and Shifts: Shifts rotate monthly: 08:00 to 17:00, 14:00 to 23:00, and 23:00 to 08:00.Night shifts (23:00 to 07:00) include a 25% wage surplus.Breaks include a 1-hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.  Holidays: 2 days of holiday per month worked.Options for holiday and Christmas allowance payments: either 12 monthly installments or full amount in June (Holiday allowance) and November (Christmas allowance). Recruitment Steps: Initial ScreeningOps Round InterviewHR Interview Development Opportunities: Opportunities to move to other projects or roles (Team Leader, Quality Analyst, HR) after one year, based on interest.Access to courses on languages, marketing, etc., with potential for international opportunities.   Requirements: Experience: No prior experience required; up to 12 months of content moderation experience is a plus.C-level or native proficiency in the German and B2 English. Ideal Candidate: Detail-oriented content reviewer with up to 1-year moderation experience.Comfortable handling sensitive material.Available 24/7 and eager to grow within the company. Offer: Salary and Benefits: Total salary received per month : Euros 1,876.60 Based on following breakdown -Yearly base salary: €15,260Yearly transportation bonus: €720Yearly language bonus: €3,240Yearly performance bonus: 5% of annual base salaryMeal allowance: €7.63 per workday, paid in meal card (net amount)Extra Expenses €60 per month (x12) Relocation Support: Bureaucratic support to obtain Portuguese NIF and NISS.Assistance in finding housing options according to the candidate's needs.Relocation bonus of €2,000 (gross) paid with the first payroll cycle (if relocating from abroad to Lisbon).Relocation bonus of €1,000 (gross) paid with the first payroll cycle (if relocating from outside the metropolitan area of Lisbon to Lisbon).
