Lissabon Portugal Word onderdeel van ons team als Video Content Analyst voor een vooraanstaand streaming platform.
Je helpt met het modereren van geschreven content waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat fraude of inbreuk op auteursrechten wordt gedentificeerd en aangepakt.
Functieomschrijving Als Video Content Analyst ben je verantwoordelijk voor.
Het modereren van binnenkomende juridische verzoeken bijvoorbeeld verzoeken met betrekking tot privacyclaims fraude vervalsing of smaad.
Begrijpen en uptodate blijven met de richtlijnen en het beleid van de klant.
Verzoeken verwerken binnen afgesproken doorlooptijden en kwaliteitsnormen.
Vereiste vaardigheden.
Nederlands moedertaalniveau of vloeiend (C2niveau).
Geen eerdere ervaring vereist; maximaal 12 maanden ervaring in contentmoderatie is een pluspunt.
Goed begrip van KPIs zoals FCR SLA en CSAT.
Sterke analytische vaardigheden en oog voor detail.

Op kantoor in LACS Anjos Lissabon Portugal.

Maandag tot vrijdag van 9.

Taaltoeslag.
235EUR per maand.
Maaltijdtoeslag.
763EUR netto per gewerkte dag via een maaltijdkaart (ongeveer EUR per maand bij 20 werkdagen).

720 EUR per jaar (60 per maand).
Jaarlijkse prestatiebonus.
5% van het bruto jaarsalaris (ongeveer 700EUR per jaar) afhankelijk van prestatieindicatoren.
