Job Description.
We are looking for a Utilities & Sustainability Business Controller for our GBS! Responsibilities - your mission Utilities/Energy Controlling - 70% * The jobholder will ensure the controlling and planning for the Utilities at Group level.
* He/she will be the Finance representative in the Multifunctional Team dedicated to Energy.
* He/she will be in charge of the Utilities Financial modeling.
* He/she will ensure the alignment with Finance managers and Divisions.
Sustainability projects - 30% * In this role, the jobholder will ensure the follow up of the main projects related to Sustainability in Facility Management (CapEx and Opex) Requirements - our ideal candidate will have * Experience in Controlling (in the real estate perimeter would be a plus) * Highly experienced in Business Controlling * Strong Business modeling capabilities * Curious, strong analytical skills, ability to question and challenge * Deliverable driven, able to work with short deadlines and under pressure * Ability to switch from big picture to detailed view * Ability to drumbeat & interact with stakeholders in various organizations * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Understanding of company challenges and processes * Accounting background is expected * Language.
