USER MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Position Description.
CGI needs an User Management Specialist to join an international global team.
The specialist will act as the touchpoint/first level support for the management of business units requesting data modification using our API system through our Incident Management System, providing analysis and if in scope, resolution of support requests, else further dispatching to appropriate team.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
▪ Proficiency with Postman, REST knowledge, data handling, and detailed error analysis are core skills for this role.
Familiarity with tools like Confluence and JIRA is essential for documentation and tracking.
▪ Experience with HTTP REST, Excel/CSV files, data preparation, and error analysis are highly relevant.
Knowledge of Confluence and JIRA enables tracking of requirements and project management.
▪The role requires proficiency with Excel/CSV and REST APIs, a customer-oriented mindset for understanding user needs, and analytical skills to draw conclusions from complex data sets.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
▪ Fluent English, Deliverables need to be in English ▪ Experience required.
3+ years of experience in user support/user management ▪ Able to use Postman or similar tools to make HTTP Rest requests ▪ Ability to use proficiently Excel/CSV files ▪ Basic knowledge on HTTP Rest ▪ Preferably university/technical college degree in computer science or mathematical, scientific or business administration with focus on computer science ▪ Good analytical skills ▪ Good knowledge in preparing data under technical and business aspects ▪ Detailed (error) analysis ▪ Knowledge of Confluence and JIRA ▪ Customer oriented What you’ll find at CGI.
