Base Salary.
950EUR per month (paid 14 times a year) Fixed Language Bonus.
450EUR per month (added to your base salary) Performance Bonus.
Up to 200 EUR annually based on performance Meal Allowance.
EUR per month (net) Total Monthly Income.
Up to EUR Relocation Package.
Includes flight ticket and 3 weeks of accommodation to ensure a smooth transition! Key Responsibilities.
Be the goto contact for clients of the leading German bank managing various customer inquiries.
Provide support via email chat and phone including navigation for online banking.
Ensure a topnotch customer experience constantly seeking to improve service and satisfaction.
Offer information on products services and marketing campaigns.
Present the banks offerings in a salesoriented manner and assist with marketing efforts.
Process orders manage feedback and handle final inquiries including card blocking and appointment setting.
Ideal Profile.
Customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
