The goal is to create a scalable framework that can easily be adapted for future clients while delivering an immersive and interactive experience.
What we need.
- A Small Virtual 3D Office Space.
The design should be modern, professional, and welcoming.
Key areas include a reception, meeting rooms, a presentation area, and a lounge space.
- A MetaHuman Character.
This NPC will act as a host, guiding visitors through the office and explaining key features.
The MetaHuman must be naturally animated (facial expressions, gestures, etc.).
Voice interaction is optional but would be a nice bonus (e.
., using text-to-speech or pre-recorded audio).
- User Avatars.
Visitors should be able to control their own character and freely explore the office.
- Interactive Features.
A section to showcase the team (e.
., using digital screens or holograms).
Displays for customer testimonials, projects, and success stories (e.
., via interactive panels).
Additional content like company philosophy, values, and vision.
Technical Requirements.
- Platform.
Unreal Engine (or Unity, if there’s a strong case for it).
Framework.
The system must be modular, allowing us to easily swap logos, textures, and content without extensive programming for each new client.
Performance.
Should run smoothly on mid-range to high-end devices (Would be great if users can access it webbased).
Navigation.
Users should be able to move freely but with the option for guided tours as well.
Web Browser Support.
Ideally, the office should be accessible via a browser (e.
., through Pixel Streaming or WebGL).
We’re not just looking for developers but also for creative minds who can suggest innovative ways to make this experience exciting and immersive.
The aim is to create an impressive presentation that wows clients and leaves a lasting impression.
What to include in your application.
Relevant experience (examples of projects in Unreal Engine or Unity are highly appreciated).
Any MetaHuman or similar NPC integrations you’ve done before, if applicable.
Your hourly rate or a rough cost estimate for this project.
