The setup should be targeting PC, as it's primarily for an interactive simulation.
Key requirements for this project include.
- Basic navigation controls (pan, zoom, rotate) - Ability to select and highlight objects - Integration of measurement tools - Implement basic collision detection to prevent objects from overlapping.
- Configure realistic lighting to enhance the visual quality of the simulation.
- Create a simple user interface for tool selection and settings adjustment.
- Enable saving and loading of simulation states for continued work.
- Add optional support for VR headsets to enhance interactivity.
The ideal freelancer for this job should have extensive experience with Unity, particularly in creating interactive simulations.
They should also be comfortable working with STL scenes and have a strong understanding of PC-targeted Unity setups.
